On receiving your call or email, we will arrange a meeting to discuss your needs, usually at your home or workplace. In all but the largest jobs we will provide a quote for the work within a week of meeting, with a breakdown of the order and a timescale for completion.

If you decide to go ahead with the commission, we will agree a deadline with you by which the work will be completed. On the rare occasion that there is any change to the schedule, we will promptly and fully inform you in good time.

For commissions that may require it, we create visualisations to help us and the customer see possible designs, or variations on a final piece. Above are some examples of these visualisations and the pieces that were created.
