Our approach to business is reflected in the way we respond to enquiries in an efficient and open manner...

On receiving your call or email, we will arrange a meeting to discuss your needs, usually at your home or workplace. In all but the largest jobs we will provide a quote for the work within a week of meeting, with a breakdown of the order and a timescale for completion.

If you decide to go ahead with the commission, we will agree a deadline with you by which the work will be completed. On the rare occasion that there is any change to the schedule, we will promptly and fully inform you in good time.
